1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During new drops or high-demand launches, dispatch timelines may extend slightly.

2. Shipping Timeline
Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Non-metro cities: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partner and serviceability.

3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on prepaid orders
Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional handling fee of 200/-

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
A confirmation email/SMS
Tracking ID with courier details

You can track your order directly using the provided tracking link.

5. Address & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing the order.
Chapter 2 is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier will contact you directly.

6. Lost / Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video.
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with proof.
We will investigate and resolve the issue accordingly.
